Do I need a login and password to place an order? No!
You do not need to have a login and password to order. The first time you place an order via adding items to the shopping cart & proceeding to the checkout, you will be asked for your name and address details - you also have the option to create a username and password when checking out your order for the first time. If you leave this area blank, you will just checkout as an anonymous user.
If you choose to create a Login and Password - you have the benefit of not having to enter all your details next time you order and you can track the status of your purchase & view you order history and use our Caribu Cash Rewards program as well.
Its been so long - I cant remember my password!
If you have forgotten your username or password, click here to use the "Recover Password" tool. Simply enter your email address and you will receive an email with your login details within a few minutes.
If you receive a message that your address can not be found - its likely you didn't register a username and password the last time you made a purchase from our site. Just register as a new user when checking out.
How Do I Login or Register?
You will first need to register your details with us first before you can login. # Please note you don't need to register a username and password to use our site - however it makes it easier if you will be a repeat customer - as you wont need to re-enter your address details each time you order and you can also track your order status and start using Caribu Cash, our loyalty program.
You can create a username and password via two methods. The first method is to Register here . Alternatively you can add items to your shopping cart - and when you check out for the first time, you will have the option to create a username and password for future use.
To login, select "Sign in " on the top right hand corner of our web site, then enter your username and password in the login box. They are case Sensitive
How can I change my password or change my address details?
Firstly, login using your username and password. Once logged in, new menu options appear top right hand corner of our web site. You can then modify your password or account/address details by using the "My Account & Orders " just below where you normally would login. You can also delete your profile using the "Delete profile" link.
