In two stunning dual tone colours - these Nylon Halters are of high quality. Our halters are double layered, which means the entire haltered consists of two layers of strong nylon webbing, sewn together -which insures that they are strong and durable. Made from a soft nylon webbing you can insure they will be a comfortable fit on your horse.

With buckle adjustments and heat sealed holes and edges to prevent fraying you will get a long life from these halters,

Horse Hints - No 19

How to Reduce the Risk of Gastric Ulcers- Studies have shown that feeding a small amount (1/4 biscuit) of Lucerne hay, or a small 500g meal of Lucerne chaff 30 minutes prior to daily training or work, can help to buffer excess stomach acid.

Lucerne contains calcium and magnesium salts and mucilage compounds, providing compounds, providing a food ’mat’ which floats on the acid in the stomach, to limit stomach ‘squish’ and acid ‘splash’ during exercise.

Feed Lucerne hay overnight to help buffer the higher regions of the stomach before the next morning’s exercise.
