What if i am spending less than $200? To get an accurate postage estimate, simply add the items you are interested in to the Shopping Cart. Once added to the cart you are taken to Cart window that will display the postage costs based on your State. You can then "Checkout" or "Continue Shopping" and each time you add an item to the cart a new postal rate will be displayed. You can close the cart at any time with no obligation to purchase. You will find that postal charges increase minimally after adding your first product - so you can save postal costs on multiple items.
How can I see what my postage costs might be before I order? Postage for a Registered courier service starts from as low as $8.95 for orders under 500grams. Orders over $200 and over 500grams are capped at the rates shown below:

We offer flat rate postage of $8.95 across a limited range of SE Qld postcodes, regardless of order size (ie: 10 Rugs will still only cost you $8.95 for delivery!) - so take advantage of our cheap postage & save yourself both time and fuel. (Postcodes 4510 to 4575).
Why the set range of postcodes? As a high volume account holder with Aust Post, they provide us with discounted rates for postcodes they consider 'local' to their distribution centre. We pass these savings on to you.
All our parcels are delivered via an Australia Post Eparcel Courier Service to your door and are traceable. Your parcel will need to be signed at time of delivery. If you are not at home when they attempt to deliver or if their is no courier service in your area, your parcel will be left to collect from your local post office. A parcel collection notice will be left in your mail box and you will need to provide identification and a digital signature to receive your parcel. Producing identification to receive your parcel helps us to reduce Credit Card Fraud. We do not allow parcels to be left unattended.
Authority to Leave - We do provide you the option to give the delivery service the Authority to Leave the parcel if no one will be in attendance at time of delivery. We do not recommend this option. By ticking the box to allow 'Authority to Leave' when you checkout your order, you agree to take full responsibility and liability if your parcel is left in an unsuitable location, lost, stolen or damaged after the parcel has been left by the courier. Parcels do get stolen, wet or chewed on by the family pet. A better option is to have your order delivered to your work address.
Express Delivery is available. Express Post costs jump significantly when your order exceeds standard Express Post Satchel weights and dimensions. Most of our products exceed satchel sizes and need to be sent as an Express Parcel. Express Post charges can climb significantly once your order exceeds 3 kg.
We no longer allow local collection of orders or direct purchasing onsite from our warehouse. By focusing on our wholesale/mail order sales, we can continue to provide you with a growing range of quality products, at unbeatable wholesale prices.
Delivery Times:
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving your order. If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you asap via email. We say to allow up to 4 to 7 business days for delivery within Australia. However most of our customers find that their order arrives in much less time, usually 3 to 4 business days for eastern states.
After dispatch, you will receive a separate email with your Aust Post Tracking Number. If you have not received your order within a reasonable length of time, we would appreciate you first enter your Eparcel tracking number on the Aust Post website to receive an update on your parcels location or check with your local post office first. Often your parcel is waiting for collection - and the local post master has failed to send you a parcel pickup notice.

How do I know if an item is in stock? Unlike our competitors, we manufacture and distribute our own products. If an item or size is not in our warehouse, then its not available for sale on our web site.
Can I Pre-order out of stock items? At times we might sell out of a size or product range. Once we have a firm restocking date (usually about 10-14days before hand), we make these items available for pre-purchase on our website with a defined availability date. If you order both in stock and out of stock items in the same order - we will hold your order aside and send the entire order together when your out of stock items arrive.
If you require in-stock items to be dispatched immediately, you will need to place two orders, one for in-stock items, & one for items on pre-order to be sent later.
How can I order?
To order with Caribu Horse Wear is so easy. Simply use the category headings to locate the products you are after or use the search function located at the top of each page. When you find an item you are interested in, click on 'Buy Now' or 'See Details' which will take you to the detailed product information page. The detailed product information page provides more information on the product and allows you choose various options for the product such as size and colour where applicable.How to complete an order via the checkout
The price displayed below the item will change according to the option/s selected. When you have selected the appropriate options, simply select the quantity you wish to purchase and then click on 'Add to Cart'. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at anytime by clicking 'View Cart'. (Top right hand corner)
You are able to update quantities and delete items whilst viewing your cart.
When you are finished shopping with us, simply click on 'Checkout' in the 'Your Cart' area located at the top right hand side of any page. You will then be guided through the checkout and payment process. You can cancel or change your order at any time prior to submitting your payment information. What measures do you use to keep my credit card details secure?
Caribu Horse Wear uses the National Australia Bank NAB Transact for its online credit card transactions. NAB Transact eCommerce processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing the highest level of safety available and is the most secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. We have two levels of security in place:
Firstly, we employ 128bit SSL encryption is used for your ordering and payment processing. The information passed during the ordering process is your contact details, the address you would like products delivered to and which products you are ordering. All this information is encrypted using SSL.
Secondly, our credit card payments are processed via the National Bank NAB Transact system which uses all the latest encryption and security measures. Your card details are passed securely from your browser/computer, securely via a encoded means using a 'Fingerprint', (which insures the transmission can not be tampered with) directly to Nab Transact. This means your card details are not stored or processed through our server, ISP or Hosting Service provider. Your payment connection occurs only between you and NAB Transact. We are simply informed by NAB Transact that payment was successful. This means that we do not see and do not store any credit card information, nor can it be intercepted.
