Do I need a login and password to place an order? No!
You do not need to have a login and password to order. The first time you place an order via adding items to the shopping cart & proceeding to the checkout, you will be asked for your name and address details - you also have the option to create a username and password. If you leave this area blank, you will just checkout as per normal.
If you choose to create a Login and Password - you have the benefit of not having to enter all your details next time you order and you can track the status of your purchase & view you order history as well.
Its been so long - I cant remember my password!
If you have forgotten your username or password, click here to use the "Recover Password" tool. Simply enter your email address and you will receive an email with your login details within a few minutes.
If you receive a message that your address cant be found - its likely you didn't register a username and password the last time you made a purchase from our site. Just register as a new user when checking out.
How Do I Login or Register?
You will first need to register your details with us first before you can login. # Please note you don't need to register a username and password to use our site - however it makes it easier if you will be a repeat customer - as you wont need to re-enter your address details each time you order and you can also track your order.
You can create a username and password via two methods. The first method is to use the New Customer link in the top right hand login box. Alternatively you can add items to your shopping cart - and when you check out for the first time, you will have the option to create a username and password for future use.
To login, enter your username and password in the login box in the right hand side menu. They are case Sensitive
How can I change my password or change my address details?
Firstly, login using your username and password. Once logged in, new menu options appear in the same login box area. You can then modify your password or account/address details by using the "Modify Profile" just below where you normally would login. You can also delete your profile using the "Delete profile" link.

When I get to the checkout , I have an empty Shopping Cart?
Your shopping information is stored in your web browser's cookies. Therefore you need to be able to accept cookies to place an order.
All online shopping sites use cookies to track your active shopping cart information.
If you are using Firewall Software like 'Zone Lab's Zone Alarm' or 'Symantec's Norton Internet Security' or 'Symantec's Norton Personal Firewall', you will need to configure it to ALLOW "Private Headers" and ALLOW "Session Cookies".
