Caribu Fly Mesh Bubble Eye Covers

Our Caribu Fly Mesh Bubble Eye covers are designed to be used with any of the Caribu Hoods across our various designs.

Offered as an optional extra, for those that need that extra protection for their horse's eyes, our eye covers are designed to be sewn on over the existing eye hole.

Constructed from a firm fly mesh, the eyes are designed to sit well out from the horses eye and hold their bubble shape.

Please note that we do not attach the eye covers for you. You will need to arrange to have them sewn/attached yourself on a heavy duty machine.

Each eye cover is approx 18cm in diameter.

Our Price $14.95 - Sold in pairs

Please Note: Not all horses will tolerate having eye covers on their rugs. While some will be thankful for the protection they offer, others will do what ever they can to remove them and may damage both the covers and rugs in the process. We suggest you monitor your horse closely to insure they don't have any issues with the eye covers when using.

Hands up if you have a horse that is driving you crazy with the dreaded itch?
Hands up if you have a horse that is driving you crazy with the dreaded itch?

What causes Queensland itch and what can I do to manage It? The usual cause of Queensland Itch is a hypersensitivity to the bites of sand flies (midges) of the species Culicoides. While the bite of the midge is an irritation, some horses develop sensitivity to the bite and will rub themselves so much that they cause injury to their skin and destroy their rugs in the process.

Hi there, yesterday my Eclipse Waterproof Combo in "MOCCA" arrived for my beloved 17"h TB. I must say - This is a SENSATIONAL Combo!!!! What a fit!!!!!! - I like the extras Drop and Tail Flap. This Combo is so comfy, well protected from the Elements and let him have his room to move. The Colour also just stands out in the crowd! What can I say - it is a BRILLIANT Combo. Many Thanks - and - I WILL BE BACK for sure! Kind Regards Barbara
