Keeping you delighted with our products is our ultimate goal. The information below defines our commitment and dedication with providing you with the highest quality products.

We believe our products are of exceptional quality and fit & extremely well priced. So much so we are prepared to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

When you receive your products please check carefully to insure you are satisfied with both the quality, workmanship and fitness for the purpose you have in mind. If you are not satisfied with any of our products purchased, please contact us for a 'No questions asked' full refund. (Refund excludes postage costs for sending or return of the product).

Please contact us for a return number and send it back to us in an undamaged condition with original packaging and your original receipt. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 21days of receipt of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition. However we will not accept any goods for exchange or refund that are dirty or soiled, goods MUST be clean & free from debris and hair.  If you do send an item back to us for exchange or refund and it is marked or covered in hair (no mater how minor in your opinion) we will charge a 50% re-stocking fee - as your rug/item will have to be discounted to clear and sold as a used item.

If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt we will gladly exchange the item at our expense.

Returns Process

To return an item, please send an email to: caribu.sales@caribuhorsewear.com.au

Please include the following information:

  • Your Invoice or Order ID number.
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different product, please include the name of the replacement product.

And of course, if you would like to offer your feedback concerning improving the product, we would definitely appreciate it.

Hi I recently bought the hybrid Mesh rug for my gelding. I would just like to say what a fantastic rug, we had a full week of high 30s to low 40's and my horses (my mare has a similar one) were the only ones to keep their rugs on, all the other horses on the property were stripped of their rugs as it was just too hot. The rug stayed cool enough to keep my gelding safe from the insects and the burning sun. Regards Nicole

I live in tropical Vanuatu and have been buying Caribu rugs for just over a year now. They are perfect for our hot and humid climate and are very well made.
I favour the combo rugs because I have an itchy horse and with a weekly wash in my washing machine the rugs come up new every time. It would be great if you could offer international shipping because it is impossible to buy rugs in our little country. Keep up the great products - I am always on your website! :-)
